The Hat City Scissor Squad Etsy Street Team (HCSS)

The Hat City Scissor Squad is a local crafting group based in Danbury, CT. Founded by three close friends in 2004, The Scissor Squad has expanded over the years to include over 50 crafters, several of which sell on Etsy.com. The Hat City Scissor Squad holds weekly meetings, Craft Nights, Swaps, Charity Drives, and other special events in the Greater Danbury Area. The addition of an Etsy Team to our group will help to support our members that sell on Etsy, as well as to help reach out to even more crafty people in our area.

The Scissor Squad is always welcoming to new members, but we'd like to note that we are first and foremost a community craft group. The Street Team is an extension of that group, not the other way around. If you'd like to join the Scissor Squad, check out our home page for more information. If you have an Etsy shop, we'll add you to the Street Team.

While The Scissor Squad is based in Danbury, CT we encourage crafty folks from all surrounding areas to join our mailing list to keep in touch for special events. Even if you are not an official member of the group, you are welcome to drop in for an occasional craft night, join us for a swap, help us with a charity drive, or sign up for a craft show.
