Women's Center Toiletry & Care Package Drive

Next Drive to be held Spring 2010 - Contact Michelle for details

The Hat City Scissor Squad will be collecting toiletries for care packages that will be donated to The Women's Center of Greater Danbury. We ran this drive last year with incredible results and look forward to doing it again.

Women at the center have often been displaced from their homes and are in need of basic necessities like Shampoo, Body Wash, and Toothpaste. Care packages serve the very practical purpose of filling everyday needs,  and letting these women know someone cares!

Items Being Collected:
All items must be unopened and properly labeled in order to be accepted. Full size and travel size items are welcome. (No sample sizes please.)

  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Toothpaste
  • Floss
  • Toothbrushes
  • Mouthwash
  • Soap
  • Wet Ones or Baby Wipes
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Q-tips
  • Deodorant
  • Lotion
  • Miscellaneous Toiletries and Bath Accessories
